At Space Between Us, we provide psychologically informed wellbeing support for organisations whose staff work in emotionally demanding roles. Our work creates opportunities for reflection, connection, and early access to support before pressures escalate.

 

We work alongside charities, education providers, community services and frontline teams to strengthen staff wellbeing and support sustainable practice over time.

Reflective team support

Reflective team support sessions provide a structured space for staff to pause, reflect on their work, and share experiences safely with colleagues.

 

These sessions can support organisations to:

 

  • reduce stress and burnout

  • strengthen connection within teams

  • support staff working with complex needs

  • improve morale and retention

  • provide early preventative support

 

Sessions are independent from line management processes and designed to support psychological safety across teams.

 

Typical delivery

 

  • groups of up to 12 staff

  • 2-hour facilitated sessions

  • quarterly delivery recommended

We provide confidential counselling support for staff who may benefit from additional space to reflect on work-related pressures or personal wellbeing concerns.

 

Sessions are delivered independently from workplace management structures and accessed through a simple consultation pathway.

 

Organisations can:

 

  • offer staff a confidential route into support

  • refer individuals where appropriate

  • provide flexible block-session access

  • combine counselling with reflective team support

 

This creates earlier access to support and helps staff feel valued and able to sustain demanding roles.

Staff wellbeing portal

We are developing a secure, free to access staff wellbeing portal to provide organisations with a simple and confidential route into support for staff working in demanding roles.

 

The portal will offer a single place for staff to access information, guidance on accessing support, and a small library of wellbeing resources designed to complement reflective team sessions and counselling provision.

 

Organisations will be able to:

 

  • provide a simple route into support when needed

  • share guidance on accessing support confidentially

  • make wellbeing resources available between sessions

 

This helps improve access to support for staff while reducing administrative pressure for managers and organisations.

Many organisations begin with:

 

  • a pilot reflective team support session

  • a small block of counselling sessions

  • access to the staff wellbeing portal

 

Support can then develop in line with organisational need.

A flexible starting point

Outcome and usage reporting

We can provide summary outcome reporting based on anonymised client feedback to help organisations understand how support is being experienced and whether it is making a difference for staff.

 

We can also share simple usage updates to support internal monitoring, planning, and funding conversations. Reporting is always provided in an anonymised format to protect staff confidentiality.

Fees

We aim to keep our organisational wellbeing support accessible and flexible. Most organisations begin with a small pilot offer before deciding how support may develop over time.

 

Typical starting options include:

 

Reflective team support

 

£150 per 2-hour session (up to 12 staff)

 

Staff counselling support

 

£40 per session

£35 per session (minimum 10-session block booking)

 

Access to the staff wellbeing portal is included as part of organisational partnership arrangements at this stage.
